This outrageous Custom Pro Touring 1971 Camaro SS 396 is the product of a professional, two year, $100k – plus build finished in 2010 to show-winning standards. It is finished in mile-deep House of Kolors Kandy Apple Kustom paint on flawless bodywork with over 300 hours of fabrication, customization and preparation all before the first drop of paint was even applied. Under the hood is a professionally built 396 with aluminum Edelbrock heads, competition cam, roller rockers, dual quads, and jet coated Hooker headers with stainless Flowmaster exhaust, backed by a Muncie 4 speed and Positraction rear end. The chassis features a custom box tube frame with Heidts Pro-G subframe, rack and pinion steering, stainless upper /tubular lower A-arms, billet adjustable coil over shocks and polished billet Wilwood 6 piston brakes with 12″ rotors at all four corners, and custom 20″/22″ wheels. The undercarriage gleams with a silver powdercoated frame, flawless rotisserie finished Kandy Apple tub, engine bay and tubbed fender wells, which is every bit as sensational as the rest of the car and maybe more so. Goodguys “Cool Camaro” award and winner of ISCA “Best Custom” at the 2010 Portland Roadster Show, featured in Goodguys Gassette Dec. 2010.
